The Lodge of Sincerity# 6868 was formed and consecrated by local businessmen in the Dartford area in 1949.

The Lodge has a proud heritage and history but unfortunately due to membership numbers reducing it came to a point that it was not viable for the Lodge to continue.

Members of the successful West Kent Masonic Clay Shooting Club held discussions and decided to form a shooting themed Lodge,with the assistance of the Provincial executive ,The Lodge of Sincerity 6868 was highlighted as a Lodge for Club members to join and stop the Charter or Warrant being handed back to Grand Lodge,rather than consecrate a new Lodge.

The Lodge today continues to once again thrive and go from strength to strength attracting candidates for initiation through the monthly club shoots and joining members who attend meetings and the following Clay shoots as guests.
